All orders have a 14 day cooling off period, where you can request that your order be returned to us for a refund. Refunds will be given within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, and confirming they were not subject to damage or alteration.
Exceptions to Your Right of Cancellation
Under EU consumer law, your right to cancel or return an order does not apply in certain circumstances.
If your made to order or personalised order has already entered production or has been completed, it can no longer be cancelled.
In addition, the right of cancellation does not apply to jewellery that has been made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This includes all made-to-order rings, custom-sized items, engraved jewellery, and any other personalised products. Earrings are also excluded from return for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or not as described.
We are also unable to accept returns of items that show signs of wear or have been engraved, altered, or resized by a jeweller other than ACJ.
These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, defective, or not as described.
